Correct, "join" is missing in the <receive> syntax in 11.4. (in the latest
spec version, this became 10.4.).

Regarding Specification: WSBPEL 2.0
(p92 committee draft 23rd January 2006) in the receive statement there is
no 'join' for the initiate attribute of the correlation element. I think
this is a mistake (cf p23).
