Peter - I wasn't clear enough, I apologize.  251 was accepted, opened, and closed in the meeting today.  We just needed it in the list to show that normative work was done on the spec today.

Description: The fault that is thrown when incoming and/or outgoing messages are schema validated SHOULD be the same as that of the explicit validate activity.
