On second thought, Ugo and I suggest we consider a brief mention at the 
end of Section 5.3 (given some of the discussion).

    WS-BPEL also defines standard extensions to other external
    specifications, such as XPath, and are considered integral to
    WS-BPEL itself. They are therefore defined in the WS-BPEL namespace".
