Document Description:

This document contains review comments from Danny, Dieter, Mike, Simon and
Alex.

On top of rev 1.7, this rev 1.8 has the following addition/changes:
(a) Review for Section "11.7 ForEach" has been finished. 

(b) We have handled the English issue of the sentences around Mike's
comment:
"Links can cross the boundaries of structured activities. ... The following
example illustrates the behavior when links target activities within
structured constructs."

(c) However, we have not reached a consensus on wordings related to Issue
260 yet. Prelimary wordings are moved from the spec text to the comment
section. We still need to exchange a number of emails on this topic.
Hopefully, we can find a consensus before the beginning of San Jose F2F
next week.
