Summary of July 19 meeting:
Motion passed to establish a "code

issues after that date. Issues may be submitted but they will not
be opened and there will be no meeting time spent on them until after the
start of the public review period. This does not effect currently
open issues. See
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/email/archives/200607/msg00041.html
for resulting target dates for
the approval process.
82.3 missing text approved for inclusion
into the spec.
294.1 resolved per Alex's email sent
June 29. (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200606/msg00208.html).
294.2 resolved per Alex's email of June
28, http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200606/msg00207.html.
with amendments shown by the ** below:
The Abstract Process namespace URI does
not apply to **<partnerLinkType>**, <property>, <propertyAlias>
and <service-ref> elements. That means, these elements are not declared
in the Abstract Process namespace and MUST be always identified with **their
own namespace URIs**, even when used in the context of Abstract Processes.
Similarly, any XPath function defined
by this specification are always identified with Executable Process namespace
URI, even when they are used in an expression in an Abstract Process.
291: Motion made, seconded and
amended (see http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/email/archives/200607/msg00050.html
