Summary of July 26 meeting:  
247 - outstanding questions on the static
analysis table resolved.  Action item will be opened to make sure
edits are done.  
291:  Closed with amended motion

289 - XSD is under development.  Draft
for TC review is targeted for next week, possibly Friday.
