WS BPEL public review

On today's TC call, we approved a new
committee draft and the start of public review with it.  Here are

We don't yet have an xhtml version as
there seem to be some issues with anchor names - we had been working with
html versions up to now but noted the new process calls for xhtml.  John
is working on this and hoped to have it completed today.    

Please start preparing for the public
review and let me know if there is anything more that needs to be done.
 We'll get you the xhtml as soon as possible.
