Today 18 October 2006, we approved as amended the proposal text for Section 10.1 to close this issue.

Change from:
The <rethrow> activity is used in fault handlers to rethrow the fault they caught. It can be used only within a fault
handler (<catch> and <catchAll>). 

Change to (amended text): 
The <rethrow> activity is used in fault handlers to rethrow the fault they caught, i.e. the fault name and, where present, the fault data of the original fault. It can be used only within a fault handler (<catch> and <catchAll>).
