Issue R29 - proposal for part (c)

To resolve Issue R29 (c), it is proposed that the use of partnerLinks be simplified in Section 15.2, the Template Profile example, by combining the multiple partnerLinks in the example: orderingResponse into ordering, shippingResponse into shipping, and invoiceResponse into invoice, using multiple portTypes and roles to represent the request/response relationships. Also, the use of initializePartnerRole has been updated.
