Agenda for Jan 10 TC meeting and Update on public review process

I spoke with Mary McRae today and we
should see the announcement for the second public review period go out
by end of day tomorrow.  We ran into some naming convention problems
on the documents - to resolve them correctly, it will require a system
update at OASIS.  OASIS has been working on this change for some time
and there were hopes that it would be ready for us to use.  However
its not quite there yet and so we wouldn't be delayed any further, Mary
suggested that she go ahead and start the second public review using kavi
links rather than the planned URI's.  The URI's will be corrected
once the OASIS system change is implemented to allow the name of each to
specify whether the draft is for the first or second public review.  (If
you haven't been following the problems closely enough to know what I'm
talking about, consider yourself lucky.  ;-)  )

Given this, we will plan to have a call
this coming Wed.  In addition to the primer and editorial fixes we've
got queued up, Dee Schur has agreed to join us to discuss the webinar idea
and other possible opportunities for PR around the approval of WS BPEL
2.0.
