Subject: WS BPEL TC resolution to address the no vote received during OASIS Standardballot

To address the no vote received during
OASIS Standard ballot, the WS BPEL TC requests that the OASIS Board work
with those companies that made IPR declarations for BPEL4WS1.1 to update
them to cover WS-BPEL 2.0.
