Process Execution Language Technical Committee participant, supports a
full disclosure policy for essential published patent applications and
issued patents, and an acknowledgement policy for potentially essential
unpublished patent applications.  

IBM's IPR disclosure and  Royalty
Free licensing commitment as stated for BPEL4WS 1.1 on June 10, 2003 and
updated on June 14, 2004 (see http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wsbpel/ipr.php
) remains applicable for WS BPEL
2.0.
