sections. 
The adoption TC would be a regular TC
with a charter oriented toward activities supporting adoption.

BTW, what is http://www.oasis-opencsa.org/?  It's
not a TC and doesn't seem to be an adoption committee.   Is this what
the BPEL adoption group would be?
