Subject: Bounce -- and maybe a resolution...(thus posting to the list)

Looks like some anti-spambot problems.

A few experiments have resolved things for the moment...Unfortunately,
my change will probably break something else internally -- I think our
internal servers know me by my internal address! Oh well...

To Wit:

I have my external email addr. set to fred.carter@amberpoint.com.
However, my "real" email address is fcarter@amberpoint.com. So that's
what I had my "email address" field in my mailer (mozilla) set to.

When I sent mail from "fcarter@...", it failed.

However, when I changed my real "from" address (as opposed to the
reply-to address, which it appears to ignore), to
"fred.carter@amberpoint.com", things worked correctly.

Thus, I speculate as follows:

If your mailer identifies you with the same address that oasis knows you
as (or, perhaps, via which you are subscribed to the list), things work.
  Otherwise, not.

Resolutions:
     - Use your subscribing address as your real address, assuming your
infrastructure permits it.
     - [Someone] Have Oasis allow for aliases, etc., for users (some AKA
field in the Kavi profile?)
     - Re-enroll in Oasis with a new address? (yuck!)
