Another volunteer (was RE: [wsdm] Volunteers: Editing Requirements)

Assuming that all the volunteers are for "Management of Web Service
Resources" reqmt. document and we agreed that we should continue refining
"Management Using Web Services Architecture" requirements -- I would like to
volunteer for the second reqmt. document.
