Nov 13 Checkpoint Meeting

The November 13th meeting will be a complete WSDM TC meeting for the entire
TC. Attendance will be taken at noon and there will be no subgroup
meetings.

At this meeting we will be doing the subteam checkpoints and work reviews
on the current drafts of the work being done by the Subteam.
At the end of this meeting we will decide if we are ready to start the MUWS
subteam which was waiting for architecture work to progress.
