A few more editorial comments:

Logical Model

o) The new words for the diagram are good, but "enables" wasn't 
incorporated into the intro paragraph.  Here is my suggestion for the 
second sentence:  "In other words, a Manageability Provider may enable 
many resources to become manageable resources, ..."

Role Definitions

o) I thought we were going to make this a subsection (2.4.1) of Logical 
Model.

o) It would also be helpful to go ahead and use the same terminology 
throughout - thus use Manageability Consumer, Manageability Provider, 
and Manageable Resource.  Yes, I wrote this originally so you can blame 
me for the inconsistency :-)  So change the text throughout this section.

o) Also, paragraph 3 should remove reference to the infrastructure and 
just refer to the three major roles, something like:

"The major roles are the Manageability Consumer, the Manageability 
Provider, and the Manageable Resource.  These roles are represented ..."
