Igor,

You are correct.  I saw it was marked as a change and didn't notice it 
was from November.

Anyway, my concern is that the MUWS document needs to say the same thing 
as the MOWS in this respect.  Namely, what is required and what is 
optional.

I think at today's call, we agreed that all metrics so far are optional 
except for CurrentTime.

Thus, the status of all the things like TimeScope as MetricsAttributes 
needs to be made clear.  Is any of it required under any circumstances?
