I apologize for asking a dumb question, but is this subgroup to work on the issue of metrics in general, or is it to identify specific metrics that could be defined by WSDM?

We are starting subgroups to work through the details of the capabilities for MUWS and MOWS.
The Metrics capability subgroup will be spearheaded by Richard Nikula.
