This seems fine, however

1) moving attributes to medatata may seem attractive, but will certainly
prevent us from delivering a stable 1.0 version of these specs in Nov.
Since a) we still have to work on the details of metadata implementation
in WS-RF and b) MOWS metrics depends on those attributes. Therefore I
don't know how would someone be able to manage Web services using these
specs in November.

2) The events section seems fuzzy. I don't know how would anyone
implement something like that with the caveat that there was a note sent
to WSRF TC. What I'm saying is that may be this section should not be
there or, may be there should be only one concrete event topic declared
there: e.g. MatricsResetEvent. I think it is obvious that one can use
property change event provided by WSRF.
