	AI: William: Reorganize MUWS according to proposal in email
	AI: Tom: Add very clear situation category descriptions and algorithm for selecting the right category. Initiate Email discussion. Use Igor’s examples on how to select a situation category. 

Discussing Igors email '[wsdm] Questions on using WSDM event format' options. 
Option 1b seems to be preferred but there's some question as to how we can develop consistent topics for WSDM WEF
events as well as WS-RP compliant property change events. The WS-RP and WS-Topics specifications seem a little unclear
on compliance and consistency on this. 

We'll try to have an adhoc meeting tomorrow to finish this discussion.
