In general, this capability is not more specific than what is described above. That is, an endpoint MAY support any message exchanges it needs to provide access to the relationship. The message exchanges may entirely be management model specific.

The endpoint in this case is not a WSDM Manageable resource, merely a WS-Resource. The next section describes relationships as WSDM Manageable resources. The relationship access enpoint supports any message exchanges, which are relationship and management model specific, that are needed to provide access to the relationship.
