Groups - WSDM MOWS 1.1 changes (wsdm-mows-2[1].0.doc) uploaded

This is first pass at MOWS 1.1 changes.  Includes minor corrections plus
the additional section on OperationMetrics.  
Also, I have made an initial attempt at executing the decision made at the
last F2F to simplify the WSDL (remove portType def) and the XML Schema. 
(Yellow highlights in Appendix A are to be deleted.)
Changes to be done in next revision include all namespace and file name
changes, and any further enhancements to the 1.1 features.
