Comments on MUWS 1.1 Part 1.  Mostly editorial, but there are several
substantial issues, including:
1.  We have eliminated the notion of manageability portTypes (interfaces). 
Therefore, the definition of this notion should be eliminated.  (Also,
manageability capability interface.)  Some discussion may also have to be
modified (= simplified).
2.  The schema for the correlation properties in the WEF does not match the
text.  The text presents the properties as elements; the schema presents
them as attributes.
3.  I think we might have a slight "vocabulary" problem with "manageable
resource".
