here are changes that I sent to you on Feb. 2 but I don't see these reflected in any MUWS Part 2 update yet. Did you add these to an unposted Part 2 yet?

Here is an updated part 2 with the schema included. I also noticed that the SituationCategory schema wasn't included in the spec so this has been added as well.

Vaughn,
here are the textual updates to MUWS P1 & P2.

P1 simply adds the missing optional qualifier to sequenceNumber on line 555 (the schema is correct already) and deletes a couple of superfluous line breaks a few lines later.

P2 adds the msgCatalogInformation element text and updates the corresponding text in substitutableMsg. I have someone putting together the schema for these new elements and will try to get these to you today.
