there is a chance that this meeting will be canceled

           Abbie hasn't heard back from W3C
touchpoints yet.   
                    
           Marc to look for any references
to unsubmitted specs. At this point 
                    
           the only known one is Resource
Transfer. Marc will double check
                    
           and post an e-mail with the results.
Since Hal's piece of this is
                    
           complete, owner should be changed
to Abbie. 

5. Interop

Still working on getting the Interop planning rolling and waiting on any
                    
   feedback from the document that was submitted a couple of
weeks ago. 
                    
   Marc will get word out when MSFT gets endpoints up.
