Subject: Adoption and support for WS-* in general and WS-Notification in particular

This mailing list has no activity since 2005. What’s the status of implementation and adoption? It appears that the WS-Notification standards are supported by products such as IBM WebSphere and RedHat JBoss. (At least based on a quick look at the documentation, I haven’t verified
that it actually works.) However, given the emergence of a variety of other technologies, I’m wondering whether it makes sense at this point to adopt WS-Notification for something new. I’m looking for information to try to figure out how many people are actually
