Let the Subscriber tell the NotificationProducer what parts of the notification message the Consumer wants.

1. Is this a filtering issue or message transformation issue?
2. How does a Consumer validate the partial notification message against its schema?
3. Is this a more generic issue and therefore should it be submitted to WSDL/XSD groups?
