WSN2.39: Tighten up the semantics of  “send/delivery”

The term “send/delivery” of a message may be interpreted in different ways such as internal submission of the message to the messaging layer or its actual transporting over the network.

Specifications
  • WS-BaseNotification
Proposed Recommendation

Tighten up the semantics of “send/delivery” of a message as intended by the WSN specifications and also describe the relationship and composability with the reliable messaging layer.
