WSN2.43: Message generation and accumulation styles

It seems that only when a Subscription is resumed the producer resumes message population. It may be preferable in some situations to specify the message generation and accumulation behavior at the time of pausing a Subscription.

Move the text that describes the various options for message population from the ResumeSubscription section to the PauseSubscription section
