AI 81 - Chairs to recruit editors for the primer

AI 85 - WS-Topics editors to respond to questions raised in Kato-san's email [2] regarding use of terms TopicPath, TopicExpression, TopicPathExpression, and the names of the related Faults.

AI 123 - Rick Cobb to create new issues in BaseNotif and BrokeredNotif to track what happens to the WS-Resource Access Pattern in WSRF and adjust as necessary (AI seems done as issues 2.60 and 3.25)

AI 124 - WS-Brokered Notification Editors to examine and propose resoution of the mismatch of Brokered: TopicNotSupportedFaultType & InvalidTopicExpressionFaultType with their definitions in BaseFaults.

AI 125 - David Hull  to propose new text for the Pull-Point sections(s) of BaseNotif making it more neutral with respect to the Notification Consumer aspect of Pull Points (issue 2.59)

AI 126: David Hull  to propose strawmen for the  base operations (in the absence of policy declarations or use) in his new text (see AI 125) (issue 2.58)

AI 127 - Matt Roberts to propose strawman solution for identifying a registered publisher (issue 3.24)
