Document Description:
A minor update to draft 01e. I have changed the implementation of issue WSN
4.26 (remove dependency on WSRP for the definition for
QueryExpressionType). 

In draft 01e we reused the definition of QueryExpressionType from the BaseN
schema, but this introduced a circular dependency between the two schemas,
which is undesirable. In this draft I have copied the definition of this
type directly into the WS-Topics schema, changed /Topic/MessagePattern to
use this type definition, and removed the import of the BaseN schema. This
change is purely internal - it does not change the set of documents
validated by the WS-Topics schema.

Nothing else has changed from draft 01e
