Issue verification for WS-Topics as allocated by Peter;


2.63 - references to XPath 2.0 - OK

4.2 - no source document for FullTopicPathExpressions
Actions taken from issue log;
 * description of what topic set is - OK
 * describe topic set before topic namespace - NOT DONE (don't think this
is important)
 * silent on XSD mapping - OK
 * change TopicSpace to TopicMetaData - OVERRULED? (it is now Topic
Namespace)
 * RP on NP - OK (baseN/brokeredN)
 * Additional metadata possible - OK

4.26 Remove dependency on WSRF-RP - OK (also subsumed by later change)

Tidy up references
 * QUERY - extra space in reference to [RFC 2119] compared to references
section
 * QUERY - extra hyphen in references section for [XML-InfoSet] compared
text usage.

AI137 - Remove references to WSDL 2.0 - OK.

AI138 - Update version numbers / URIs etc
 * QUERY: Working draft 01e in the title rather than 01f (not important)
 * Error in example at line 285
