Nov 15th call

I also will not be able to make the Nov 15th call due to the extra WSDM
meeting.

I have completed all of the action items assigned to me listed in Dave's
agenda. This is reflected in the most recent (Nov 11) issues list. There
are also 4 new issues (78-81) which are currently in the Proposed state.

I ask that the note taker be sure to mark the changes that need to be
made to the issues list so I can update it following the meeting.
