I think I answered my own question.
[1] contains a proposed set of markups to the WS-Resource spec that include
resolutions to WSRF75 (already resolved) and WSRF76 (open, pending review
of the proposed text).

Folks:
In the latest issues list, WSRF76: Clarification needed in WS-Resource
embodiments for WS-Addressing (section 3.2), is marked as status Open.
I recollect from the F2F that we agreed to collapse the two WS-Addressing
embodiments into one and add a non-normative "name" or "label"
to the two different "styles" of resource identifier appearance
(eg in ref parms or embedded in the address).
Can we clarify the status?
