Updated WSRF Primer

Hi Tim.
I took an AI to review the updated Primer before we had a ballot for CD
adoption.

I am looking specifically at the PDF version [1] and have the following
comments:

(i) typos:
8.2. GetResourceProperty
If the Resource Properties DocumentResource Properties document contains
multiple
value elements for the property, all the values are returned:

If the Resource Properties DocumentResource Properties document contains no
values
element for the property,

(ii) in this same section the final 3 XML snippets do not have hyperlinks.

(iii) typos:
8.3. Resource Property Access Faults
InvalidModificationFault
This fault is returned if a request is made to modify properties which
would
cause the Resource Properties DocumentResource Properties
DocumentResource Properties document to fail validation.
In faults which report a failure to modify the resource properties, the
fault message
can be used to describe whether the Resource Properties DocumentResource
Properties DocumentResource Properties document was restored to its
original state.

8.6. QueryResourceProperties
and later sections
(iv) Similar typos to above. More of the XML snippets have no hyperlinks.

(v)
13.References
[WS-Addressing] should be
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/PR-ws-addr-core-20060321  or
      http://www.w3.org/TR/ws-addr-core
(The specs use the latter).

Web Services Addressing 1.0 - WSDL Binding: this is not required and is not
referenced
