While it's very important to attempt accommodating everyone, it seems 
relatively obvious that won't be possible in this case.  Now, the 
question becomes, who do we optimise for?

Could we please see a timezone / membership breakdown or a (simpler) 
statement that 80% of our membership are in timezone A.  As long as we 
don't have 40% in Pacific and 40% in India, we should be able to find a 
time that inconveniences the fewest.
