This and the related DTD, XSL and XML files (which only "work" if you 
download them to the same directory) reflect most of the output from the 
last teleconference.  I apologize but the changes do not reflect the 
general update to the issue list status values requested during that 
meeting.  Only a few of the issues Iwasa addressed in his update to the 
specification are noted.

Sorry as well for the short time before the next teleconference.
