Subject: V0.1 of Schema



 All -

 Attached is the Schema both Scott and I worked on. It is based
 on all  the closed & approved resolutions so far. We plan to
 upload a new version every bi-weekly or monthly depending
 upon the changes. At this time, we haven't yet done the SOAP 1.2
 part.

 Tom, Could you allocate few mins. in the next con. call to discuss
 this? We would like to solicit some high level comments from members.

 Secretaries, Where should we upload this? Shall we just create a
 folder called 'Schemas' and upload it there?
