 I disagree. We are sending a 'code' and not the entire (SOAP) Fault.
 And how can the attribute faultCode be overly verbose when we
 have many attributes (replyTo, replyPattern) and elements (AckRequested,
 DuplicateEliminate etc) that are equally verbose?
