I think we should expand on "How WS-Reliability can be used with other web service protocols" by producing an architectural document within the WSRM TC (see my earlier mail).  The document would include a platform neutral API and have specific examples, e.g. WS Security, WS-Distributed Management, WS Notification, etc.

Let's discuss this on today's telecon
