Lines 347-348 include:

   However, it is allowed to change dynamically the value of some
   group-level items such as GroupExpiryTime, that is a parameter
   affecting the entire group.

The spec should list the parameters that may be changed.  "Some" is
too vague.

(And change "change dynamically" to "dynamically change".)
