Subject: Re: [wsrm] updated draft submission letter
I would like to clarify that I am putting this draft out only to be ready when the time comes. Please provide comments, on this Pro forma stuff. I am not preguessing the outcome of the Meeting on Monday. We have to resolve the current flaws which have been identified before it is ready.
