Subject: Re: [wsrm] updated draft submission letter

I would like to clarify that I am putting this draft out only to be
ready when the time comes.
Please provide comments, on this Pro forma stuff.

I am not preguessing the outcome of the Meeting on Monday.

We have to resolve the current flaws which have been identified before
it is ready.
