I strongly agree with everything Iwasa says below.  On next week's call, we must resolve the current remaining issues,
rather than creating new issues to discuss.

Once the spec is published, we will learn of unforseen shortcomings thru implementations and testing.  Then, we can consider improving the spec- WS Reliability, version 2 - based on the feedback we receive.

Looking fwd to closure and a positive vote during next week's call
