Agenda for Oct 3 WSRM TC Teleconf

The agenda for the Oct 2 wsrm TC teleconf has been updated to include 
reference to the latest canididate CD:

Note that the document Jacques posted last week did not include the 
changes from the Errata:  The latest candidate
CD, posted on Oct 02, ncludes the changes from the Errata.

This lastest candidate CD (Oct 02) includes all agreed changes from 
ws-reliability 1.1:
- The errata for 1.1
- the changes from Jacques proposal for reliable response
- changes from the Sept meeting review

The changes in this Candidate CD 1.1.1 over the ED 1.1.0.1 are only 
those changes suggested from the Sept meeting review:
- changing "must" to "MUST" and "may or may not" to MAY" in section 3.2.1
- adding a new figure to 3.2.1.
