[wsrp-webservice] v2 wsdl testing

As I began playing more with using the
v2 wsdl I had previously uploaded, it became clear that it would be useful
if we could use schema's extension and restriction mechanisms to keep unchanged
items in the v1 namespace. I have attached versions of the xsd and interfaces
wsdl files that do this for people to test as we had found these to be
unsupported when doing v1. My preliminary testing with the IBM web stack
tools indicated that extension worked well, but that restriction was poorly
supported. Since that was likely for other tools as well (schema concept
is complex to map to OO concepts), these files do not use restriction and
cut&paste definitions for those places where restriction would be useful.
