JSR168 is governed by rules defined by the Java Community Process (JCP). 
JCP has confidentiality requirements that have to be followed by the 
expert group (EG). JSR168 EG, early on, has agreed on sharing with WSRP 
TC the work and decisions being made in order to align both standard 
efforts. Many of the companies that participate in JSR168 EG also 
participate in WSRP TC, some of them having the same persons involved in 
both efforts. The JSR168 EG is considering making the specification 
available to WSRP and Apache after the community review cycle (scheduled 
to happen early November for approximately 30 days).
