I would agree that this removes redundancy at the same time as removing a
mapping layer for JSR168 Producers.

Title: Portlet Mode and Window State constants, name change
Description:
Current constants names are redundant: VIEW_NORMAL, VIEW_MINIMIZED,
VIEW_MAXIMIZED, VIEW_MODE, EDIT_MODE, HELP_MODE.

As there are 2 specific attributes (windowState and portletMode) there
is not need clarify that they are a portlet-mode or a window-state.

Propose renaming to: NORMAL, MINIMIZED, MAXIMIZED, VIEW, EDIT, HELP

Proposed names are aligned with JSR168.
