Meeting started at 11:05pm EST

Correction to minutes of 7 January 2003
Rich: #174 - remove "tentative" from both lines starting with "- tentative
resolve"
Minutes accepted with correction

Adam Nolan says his name is spelled "Nolan" not "Nolen" as posted in the
minutes and website.
Two members moved from voting to non-voting status (see above).

#187 How does POST data reach the Producer?
         - resolved: InteractionParams.formParameters contains name value
pairs from querystring for method=get and parsed "url-encoded" post mime
type. Must not contain any of the interaction parameters specified in
section 10.2 or parameters the Consumer added to the activated URL.
         - resolved: InteractionParams.uploadContexts[] holds any other
mime types that the Consumer received.
         - no objections

#165 Still need to do namespacing on form parameters?
-resolved: Add text that recommends html field names not use
namespacing as it is not required.
         - resolved: Consumer only has to strip namespaces where it added
it during URL rewriting
         - no objections

#182 Globalize address user information fields and add missing postal code
         - Note that the spec has some minor differences with JSR168
         - resolved: Stay with P3P definitions for v1
         - resolved: Eliminate deviations from P3P definitions
         - no objections

#195 user info alignment with JSR168 and P3P
         - resolved: Same as for #182
         - Send recommendation to JSR168 to also align with P3P

#188 Rename urlType to wsrp-urlType
         - resolved: Renaming approved
         - no objections

#189 Add interactionParameters for URL fragment
         - resolved: Approved add. Call it wsrp-fragmentID
         - no objections

#197 Define new interactionParameters: wsrp-portletHandle,
wsrp-userContextKey, wsrp-portletInstanceID
         - Generic template in primer
         - Optional for runtimeContext
         - resolved: Addition approved.
         - no objections

#196 Consumer force URL rewriting
         - resolved: Add text about how templates may be safely written
into markup fragments for client side generation of dynamic URLs.
         - no objections

#190 Intent & scope of uniqueness of the entityInstanceID in runtimeContext
         - resolved: Add clarifying text that the intent is namespacing
multiple instances of the portlet so it is unique for the Consumer

#192 sessionContext and cookies conflict
         - resolved: Only applies to getMarkup port type (ie is the only
port type to support cookies). Comment in section about bindings that
cookies do not work across bindings
         - no objection

#193 Client enabling of cookie support
         - resolved: Primer should have statement about the importance of
Consumers supporting cookies
         - no objections
