Minutes from last meeting approved with the following amendments:
Steven:
         1. Gennday Shumakher was left off of last week's minutes and was 
present.
Rich:
         2. #197 Change resolution to "All interaction parameters aded in 
this resolution are for Producer templates only."
         3. #198 Change resolution to "Clarify intention of user specific 
state flag and that user personalization is permissible whether or not this 
flag is set."
         4. #???/3 Add the word "Possible" before "Resolutions:".
         5. #???3 Change "No objection for review at face-to-face" to "No 
objection to trying 3rd proposal for review at face-to-face."

Went through the change requests.

#1: Is it time to call the spec version 1.0?
         Discussion: We should wait on calling it 1.0 until we have a 
release candidate.
         The file name and version number on the spec should match.
         Resolve: Call the next iteration version 0.91.
         -No objections

#6 Delete "Role entry" from Appendix A.
         - No objections

#8 Membership list in Appendix C.
         Discussion: WSIA and WSRP are not merged for version 1.0, but will 
work on a charter to merge for 2.0.
         Members should think about how to represent all the people who 
have worked on the spec.  Several are no longer members of either WSIA or 
WSRP.  Should we put an astrix or other symbol to indicate those who voted 
on version 1.0?
         - Will discuss further in face-to-face.

#9 Correct reference in 12.22, page 77, line 3 from "8.1.1" to "5.1.12".
         -No objections

#11 Corrections to names and company names
         Members need to review how their name and company are listed on 
the Title page and Appendix C.
         Send an email with corrections to Rich.
         - Will discuss in face-to-face.

#12 Fix missing equals signs in operations (ex. page 17 line 33, page 18 
lines 10 & 18).
         - No objections

#13 Replace [tabs] with [spaces]?
         Discussion: Specific pages mentioned in request are not tabs but 
the syle, which is set to justify on both margins.
         Rich will take a closer look at those lines mentioned.
         Should we change to left justify?
         - Leave open for the face-to-face.

#14 Add "to" to 10.2.1.1.2, page 61 line 6 "... either honor or reject them 
prior [to] invoking the operation.."
         - No objections

#17 Change "4196" to "4096" at 5.1.4, page 20 lines 10 & 15.
         - No objections

#18 Make heading indentations consistent (example Headings 1 through 3).
         - No objections

#19 Need updated WSIA member list for Appendix C.
         Charles said the WSIA list was just updated on the website.
         Resolved: Update WSIA member list in Appendix C from the WSIA website.
         - No objections

#21 Remove duplicate sentence for user definition in Appendix A, page 87 
lines 2-3.
         - No objections

#22 Replace "HTML" with either "XHTML" or "XHTML Basic" as appropriate for 
10.4.3.3, page 69 lines 2 & 15.
         - No objections

#23 Fix indentation in 12.18 so it matches the rest of section 12.x.
         - No objections

#24 Update 12.35 to match WSDL.
         - No objections

#26 Change "Security" to "Interface" for 14, page 81 row 3.
         - No objections

Rich noted that most change requests posted to the list serve have not 
generated any responses.

Steven asked Gennady about the spelling of his last name.  On the website 
it is "Shumaker" on his email it is "Shumakher".  Gennady confirmed his 
last name is spelled "Shumakher".  Rich will add that to change request #11.

Thomas had posted the agenda for the face-to-face meeting a few days ago.

Next meeting is the face-to-face meeting starting Monday at SAP in Palo 
Alto, California.
